When the weather outside is so delightful, there is no shortage of things to do. The summer months mean endless hours of shining sun and pleasant temperatures, a combination that begs people to get out of the house and explore the great outdoors. While there is nothing wrong with spending summer days by the pool, going on hikes, or hosting barbeques with family and friends, there is one event that many Palo Alto residents look forward to all summer long. 

The 38th Annual Palo Alto Festival for the Arts is just a few short weeks away. On August 24th and 25th, University Avenue will be filled with countless talented artists and their adoring fans. Hosted by the Palo Alto Chamber of Commerce, you’ll be sure to see the unique works of over 300 talented artists from the Bay area and have the opportunity to bring their stunning creations to your home. In addition to plenty of shopping opportunities, this multi-faceted celebration of the arts also includes street artists in action, world class entertainment, and a Kid’s Art Studio. The Palo Alto Festival for the Arts is truly a treat for all ages, giving you the opportunity to interact with and admire many different art forms. And of course, it’s much more fun to admire art while enjoying plenty of tasty foods, fine wines, and thirst quenching microbrews.
